Janet was the wife of Lloyd Ney, founder of PAACT. She assumed the position of President and Chairperson upon Lloyd’s passing on August 19, 1998. Lloyd’s final request of Jan was to continue the work that the two of them began with PAACT. Upon his passing Jan Ney stated “PAACT will go on.
